Dr. Garcia is a graduate of University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (now St Joseph’s University), earned her medical degree at UMDNJ-NJMS (now Rutgers), completed her residency and chief residency in Internal Medicine at Albert Einstein Medical Center and her fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
Dr. Garcia has a deep interest in well-being, spirituality, recovery, and burnout prevention. Her recovery journey began in 2013, and she is dedicated to ending stigma and serving those with substance use disorder.
